            Bug ID: 451944
Summary: 'Defaults' in settings doesn't restore actual
                    defaults, just session's initial values
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: david.cortes.riv...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
The system settings for "formats" in the regional settings have a button that
says "Defaults", but this button does not reset the settings to the system's
default - instead, it resets the settings to what was there when the system
settings was first launched in the current plasma session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings -> Regional Settings -> Formats, and change something
to a non-default value, and apply the changes.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Go to the same page in the system settings. Change the same field as before
to a different non-default value, and apply the changes.
4. Click the "Defaults" button that's placed between "Help" and "Reset".

OBSERVED RESULT
Resets the values to what was there when the system settings was launched in
the current session.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should reset the values to their original defaults, regardless of what they had
configured when the current plasma session was started.
