SUMMARY & STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Found on British English lang, might be in other English versions too.
1. Open any document and go to Tools > Scripts > Colour Space
2. Select one document and perform any conversion
3. The text "The selected documents has been converted" will appear
EXPECTED RESULT
Either change the string to "The selected documents have been converted" or, if
there's checks on the number of converted documents, fix the checking for a
single document to alter between "The selected document has been converted" or
the previously mentioned string.
