I upgraded KDE Plasma to Version: 5.24.
The problem still exists.
Maybe somebody could tell me where does kwin (or Plasma) stores window
positions?
It would be good to clear it and check if the problem still exists. Maybe there
is some error in these files making kwin to behave incorrectly.
