I just found a workaround to fix this that seems to work for me.
Go into Display Configuration then move one of the screens to leave a gap
between them (so they aren't 'snapped' together).
This is on:
Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.93.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
Kernel Version: 5.17.4-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
