STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get a bluetooth mouse and connect it to your system
2. Turn on `Invert scroll direction` under System Settings > Hardware > Input
Devices > Mouse
3. Try it out and see that is works
4. Restart system
5. Try it out and see that it has stopped working

OBSERVED RESULT
Invert scroll direction does not work upon a reboot when using bluetooth mouse

EXPECTED RESULT
Invert scroll direction works upon a reboot when using bluetooth mouse
