SUMMARY
Using this particular preset generates files without audio in the latest
version. This is a regression since I used this present in the past and it
worked just fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Prepare some video
2. Select the preset "WebM-VP9/Opus (libre)"
3. Check that Audio box is selected
