certain thumbnails are not generated, the files are not corrupt, i will see if
i can get a video recorded of this

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a directory with lots of files (7000+ in my Pictures folder in my case)
2. choose program that uses kde file picker to upload/save file and go to said
directory
OBSERVED RESULT
certain files will not have thumbnails generated, does not matter the file
size, seems to be random. mouseover the images without thumbnails will generate
them.
EXPECTED RESULT
all thumbnails should be generated

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All thumbnails are generated in Dolphin properly, only the upload/save dialogs
have this problem for me. default dolphin thumbnail generation options too with
no filesize restrictions.
