I couldn't influence this from where I found it prior, so thought this a bug. Migrating to a global level configuration as a system setting might be ok, but to me it is relevant only to Dolphin as my file manager of choice, and suddenly changed/gone from what it was prior, created quite a bit of usability issues for me.
