I plan to add the relevant code in digiKam to fix the problem. Also, you must know that QtAV is not maintained since February 2022. We (digiKam team and me personalty) have backported all QtAV core codes in digiKam 8.x and maintain/review/fix these codes for the digiKam uses (and only these ones).
