Oh yes, the woobly rectangle tracing tool or rectangular selection.
It's an aesthetic bug I noticed and that appeared during Krita 5.x dev.
This bug doesn't exist for 4.4.8 and under (I just had a check).
For reproducing: the bug is not visible at 100% and 50% zoom of the viewport;
but almost all other non-discrete zoom will trigger the woobly tracing easily.
