[systemsettings] [Bug 453382] "Clicking files or folders" is set to "Selects them" but single clicking files or folders in Dolphin does not select but opens them.

Two questions:
1. Are you clicking with a mouse or touchpad, or touching using a touchscreen?
2. Can you paste the output of `grep SingleClick ~/.config/kdeglobals`
