On Fedora 34, git head and "./configure CC=clang CXX=clang++
LDFLAGS=-fuse-ld=lld" with thispatch the results look fairly similar to what I
get on FreeBSD.

I didn't get all of the problems that I had with FreeBSD .got.plt errors on
Helgrind and DRD, but I think that is because my Fedora 34 was all or mostly
built with GCC. That means that libc, libpthread etc don't have the split RW
PT_LOADS. On the other hand my FreeBSD 13 is all or mostly built with clang and
the system libs will have them split.

The situation might be different on ChromeOS and Android.
