SUMMARY
Presence of much text that is not adherent to the current codepage causes
scrolling during observation of that information via Kate to be slow.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke the file that is attached.
2. Scroll across the entirety of the file.
OBSERVED RESULT
Kate becomes slow, hangs, or crashes during observation of approximately the
45444th line.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate should operate as quickly as it alternatively would.
