I can't reproduce this issue with current KIO, if Dolphin is minimised, the
window is un-minimised and the rename/overwrite dialogue is shown; it might
have been indirectly fixed by switching KIO::CopyJob to use the async
AskUserActionInterface, which happened in 5.78.
Can you still reproduce this issue?
