SUMMARY
With the introduction of the new Kirigami placeholder messages, the "Loading
More..." message pops up and fills the entire page when scrolling down in the
"Get New *" window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any "Get New (some 3rd party addon ex: plasmoid)" page
2. Scroll down until it loads more
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Loading More..." message fills the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Loading More..." message should be at the bottom of the list rather than
filling the entire screen.
