SUMMARY
When right clicking near the top of a Dolphin menu, the right click menu
appears at the right side of the screen, instead of its expected location.
Please see the attached video reproducing the bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Right click towards the bottom of the window. Observe the expected location
of the menu at the cursor.
3. Right click towards the top of the window. Observe the abnormal location of
the menu at the side of the screen.
