Broken panel configuration after 5.24.90 upgrade
After upgrade to 5.24.90, all panel widgets had disappeared. System tray, task
manager, pager, shortcuts for systemsettings, chrome, and kate. Dolphin remains
and is located on top of the launcher icon. Maybe because Dolphin is a desktop
entry rather than a widget?

1. Upgrade
2. Observe chaos

Naturally the panel configuration that was present before upgrade.
