Unfortunately there isn't really enough information here to do anything. We'll
need to know what part of Plasma exactly is using too much memory. Can you
disable your widgets one-by-one until you find it?
If that doesn't help, you can try incrementally changing any non-default
settings back to default settings. e.g. use a plain image wallpaper, use the
standard Breeze Plasma and icon themes, and so on.
