HowTo:
Use some software which uses the function keys F7-F11, like the debugger in
android studio
Debug some software using F7-F11
Start dolphin, the have it in the background or even quit
Get slowly insane trying to use the function keys in android studio
After assigning and then unassigning the keys in question to any kde app using
global shortcuts in systemsettings, the function keys work again - until
dolphin is used again.
