Absolutely unbinded shortcuts for spectacle and the notification about the
screenshot can be seen
SUMMARY
When using Plasma (Wayland) the shortcuts for spectacle are hardcoded and
cannot be unbinded
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in a Plasma (Wayland) session
2. Press Ctrl + PrntScrn or PrtnScrn
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma workspace tries to take a screenshot using spectacle
EXPECTED RESULT
No action should be performed as the shortcuts are not binded in the System
Settings → Shortcuts section
