SUMMARY
Can reproduce on X11 and Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Yakuake
2. press F12 - Yakuake does not retract
3. close Yakuake to system tray
4. try to open Yakuake by pressing F12 - Yakuake does not open
EXPECTED RESULT
F12 shortcut should work
