Based purely on screenshots we have fixed user-set defaults for runner
ordering, then the match relevance only acts within that.
That's doable as there's only one source of truth for everything. I would
really strongly advise against going down a path of having the user adjust a
weighting factor within Match::setRelevance. It'll overcomplicate everything in
a way that makes life harder for us and users.
