STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update kde neon to latest
2. Open any app
3. Try scrolling with mouse wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
I can only scroll with arrow keys or by clicking on a scrollbar
This applies to other widgets too like this text box
EXPECTED RESULT
scrolling should work with mouse wheel
