Patch for FreeBSD

This patch fixes the drd/tests/pth_mutex_signal testcase on FreeBSD. I think
that it should extend easily to Linux.

I need to do more testing and it would also be good to find out a list of all
syscalls that use ERESTARTNOINTR  (Linux) and ERESTART (FreeBSD).
