STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Fonts KCM
2. click on 'Adjust all fonts...' button
3. choose another font - I changed from default Noto to Zekton on my system
4. apply the change
OBSERVED RESULT
the new font is applied to System Settings, but Plasma (icons on desktop,
popups and context menus) is still using the previous font. The chosen font is
used after restarting Plasma with 'plasmashell --replace'
EXPECTED RESULT
the chosen font should be immediately applied to Plasma
