We don't ship our own copy of curl, it's one of David Tschumperlé's libraries,
CImg, that uses CURL if found to download G'MIC components. The order followed
by the library is (in descending priority): libcurl, CURL executable,
powershell, and wget.
I'll make a patch to work around it on our end, but this bug really belongs in
https://github.com/dtschump/CImg.
