Ok, it seems that the plasma-workspace hack seems to improve things, but the
qt-hack doesn't. Still this is just an observation from one time merging the
Qt-Hack, and another time merging the Plasma-hack.

ATM, it seems that the plasma-hack ----- after a while, say 5 seconds -----
enable the Plasma-thing to "recover". At least it seems that I _may_ have
(sometimes???) usable screens on each of my two monitors after either manually
switching them off or waiting for the power save.

Still: there are many annoying things: windows are relocated to the other
monitor, their size changes wildly. For that "primary display" feature: I do
not understand: the control panel is always located on the "non-primary"
monitor. Desktop icons are always located on the "primary" monitor. What is the
reasoning behind? What exactly is meant by "primary monitor"?
