Picture with 2 screenshots with 1 plasma panel stuck
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit mode (of a plasma panel)
2. Drag the panel away from the side of the screen, but don't release the mouse
button (keep the panel in that position)
3. Activate krunner or spectacle
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel remains stuck on the screen and maximized apps use the whole screen
and render below the panel (even if the panel is set as always visible where
maximized apps don't cover the panel).
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel should return to the side of the screen where it used to be before the
edit
