That's because you explicitly told Elisa to close to the System Tray. From the
Task manager's perspective, it's not even running anymore; this is what it
means to "close to System Tray". If you want to interact with Elisa's Task
Manager icon while it's running, then you don't want to close it to the System
Tray; instead just want minimize its window when you;re done looking at it, and
interact with the Task Manager icon instead of a System Tray icon.
