Was this question targetted at me? If so - I don't know, how can I find out? To my knowledge, I'm not using Qt scaling - I've a "classical" 27" WQHD screen, no HiDPI. My panels have very different sizes, and none auto hides any more. "Globale Skalierung" (i.e. "global scale") in the KDE display settings is at 100%.
