STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings
2. Appearance
3. Get Global Themes
4. Click on any theme
OBSERVED RESULT
A pop-up appears saying "Download of "<theme selected>" failed, error: SETTINGS
invalid number of concurrent streams"
EXPECTED RESULT
Install the theme
