When NeoChat is maximized, clicking the NeoChat icon causes it to unmaximize
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open NeoChat
2. Maximize NeoChat
3. Click NeoChat Icon in taskbar
OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat unmaximizes
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat should stay as is
