How it's done in gnome #1

SUMMARY
Right now, dolphin shows ALL applications in choose application dialogue, i
don't think it's how it needs to be.

In gnome, "Select Application" dialogue list recommended apps (from mime-types
defined in .desktop files) with button to show all apps.
In windows, "open with" dialogue list recommended applications and other apps
below.

I think dolphin needs to change it's "Choose Application" dialogue to be more
like in windows/gnome.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin shows all applications by default.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin will show recommended first, with option to list all apps, like in
gnome/windows
