Overall this bug report turned into a collection of "weird issues with matlab"
which means it's difficult to say what now this bug is about.
The initial reported issue is clearly not a bug in KWin as KWin is not
responsible at all for mouse pointer passing. Given that I set the bug to
INVALID.
For the other matlab related issues: if it is window management related, please
report a new bug report. And please only one issue per bug report.
