Let me try to explain why you are getting that error and how to fix it. First
of all this bug / error
is not related to KDE but because of one of bug within KDE caused to show you
missing application
error's reporting address as KDE bug system [ which is fixed but that is not
your problem's fix or related
to your problem ]
