Screenshot. Red arrow just indicates that the cursor was moved from top to
bottom.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on a titlebar
2. Move the cursor over the items of the context menu
OBSERVED RESULT
A hovered item shows highlighting. Normally it vanishes once the cursor leaves
the item, but it instead it stays.
EXPECTED RESULT
Highlight only the current hovered item.
