In fact it shows it not working: I press <ALT>a to change it, then 'apply'
button gets a dotted line near its edge and does nothing. It's not until I
select 'plasma style' do I get a message that says the colour theme wasn't
applied, so do I want to apply before going to the plasma style menu. Never
mind the part about changing plasma style: not an issue.
I could redo this video showing me waiting half an hour with the 'apply' button
not finishing and the colour theme not changing until I select another menu tab
and get message it's not updated yet, and asking if I want to.
