One very curious thing is that the monitor will not "turn off" while the little VLC icon bouncing beside my mouse cursor (Kde's way of indicating something is loading) doesn't go away. When the bouncing icon goes away AND the video is fullscreen AND the menu with the progress bar disappears, then I can observe the bug -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
