Summary: Cursor icon is rendered in default style when moved on
Desktop or on KDE applications. This happens both in
my desktop and laptop. I would like the cursor to be
changed averywhere, even though it's quite nice if you
use the right custom theme :P

SUMMARY
Cursor icon is rendered in default style when moved on Desktop or on KDE

cursor to be changed averywhere, even though it's quite nice if you use the

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install cursor theme
2. Hover it on some windows/menus
3. Try moving it around KDE system settings

After the restart it works properly, I think it can be changed without
