Bug ID: 456827 Summary: Request for per-activity icon visibility configurations Product: plasmashell Version: 5.24.6 Platform: Manjaro OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: System Tray Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: the.9a3e...@gmail.com CC: mate...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Hello, Currently in the KDE system tray configuration, I am able to configure the visibility status of different icons. However, this visibility status applies to all activities at the moment. It would be nice if I am able to control the visibility of each icon on a per-activity basis. Rationale: I am currently using activities as a way to remove distracting applications and to enhance focus on certain tasks and workflowws, and I'm sure many others are too. Some applications that you'd like to keep running in the background may be too distracting when you're working on a particular activity. For example, chat applications may be OK in one activity, but unwanted in another activity. It would be nice if I could hide those chat application icons in that activity.
