SUMMARY
When right clicking on an image or video there is an option to open externally.
This currently does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on image or video
2. Select Open Externally
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
The image/video is opened in the correct external application by mime type.
