[plasmashell] [Bug 456530] When trying to open the "application launcher" or when trying to perform a right-click on the desktop, there is a 3 - 4 second delay before the menu shows up.

I've found a workaround for this.
While a restart of the PC doesn't fix it, running the command "plasmashell
--replace" does.
Hope this helps to anyone who finds this bug / is experiencing the same issues
