I'm seeing several errors reported in the log, most importantly:
kwin_xwl: Xwayland process failed to start
This likely means there's an installation error and KWin gets into an undefined
state. Can you verify that a nested kwin_wayland (something like `export
$(dbus-launch); kwin_wayland --xwayland --exit-with-session` runs correctly?
