SUMMARY
Whenever I reboot, the widgets on my desktop change position when the plasma
panel appears.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place widgets on dekstop
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop widgets change position.
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop widgets should preserve their positions.
