I also can confirm.

Below is my `os-release` information.

I worked around this by running `sudo ln -s
/usr/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/40-libinput.conf`
per this article:

I use X11 because I need Zoom. I don't know how this might be fixed on Wayland
but that article did mention Wayland.
