STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open Dolphin
3. right-click on a folder containing at least 1 file and choose 'Open in new
window'
4. press and hold any of the following modifier keys:
shift (move)
ctrl (copy)
ctrl+shift (create a link)
5. drag a file to another window of Dolphin and drop it before releasing the
modifier key
OBSERVED RESULT
Context menu with move here, copy here, link here and cancel options opens
EXPECTED RESULT
the action correspondent to the modifirer key used in the 4 should be performed
