[kate] [Bug 457882] Texts in tabs bar maintained white after changing the Color Theme into Breeze Dark in version 22s, at least for 22.0.1 & 22.04.3. While in ver. 21.12.1 it seems to be working correctly.

This is fixed in the upcoming version already. If you want to try out, maybe
there is a "beta/nightly version" on windows store or something otherwise
latest builds can be obtained here
