SUMMARY
Since version 22.08 KWrite supports tabs, but opening a file from the file
manager opens it in a new window instead of a new tab. And there is no option
to change this behavior. It's worth adding an option in the settings to
configure this behavior, as well as a command line option (like -u in Kate).
