SUMMARY

There are visual separations at the ends of most sections, but not at the ROSA
section. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT

In the ROSA section: 

> You can install KDE applications and Plasma in other Linux distributions and 
> other operating systems. A list of those is available on the KDE Community 
> wiki. You can also buy devices with Plasma.

EXPECTED RESULT

Those two sentences do not relate to ROSA. 

Please create an appropriate section.
