Hm, we have had some changes in the opengl canvas between 5.0 and 5.1 -- and
specifically in the brush outline rendering. Dmitry Kazakov worked on that, but
he also doesn't have access to the AMD GPU/Fedora combination.
I'll mark this as regression, but it'll need someone with the hardware to
debug.
